Please ensure your return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your dress in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security loops, and protective coverings remain intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
